Wookie Monster

Caroline Graham
Mechanical Engineering 2028
Houston, TX
This Mechanical Engineering major, minoring in Engineering Design, graces the halls of O'Connor with her luscious eyelashes and long legs (5'8"" gang). Please don't ask her to spell anything longer than 2 syllables, but DO ask her where the Disability Resource Center is. #dyslexia #sheisanengineerforareason #noessaysforthismajor. You can often find her at Reformed University Fellowship (RUF), studying abroad in Tokyo, or spending hours at the design kitchen (OEDK). Hailing from both the sprawling suburbs of Houston, Texas, and (temporarily) the sandy shores of Rio De Janeiro, this semi-Brazilian bombshell is always down to summon her beach volleyball and surfing skills (or lack thereof). As a D1 wide receiver on women's powder puff, Internal Vice President of Women's Club Lacrosse, and speedster on the bike track, this athletic specimen is always down for a trip to the REC or a jog on the outer loop. This fun-loving, freckled cutie is excited to guide you on your Rice journey! #hootem

Angie Huff
Statistics and Psychology 2027
Hillsborough, New Jersey
Quick! You have five minutes to convince someone to go out with you on a random Wednesday night, who do you call? Look no further than your very own, Angie Huff! Coming all the way from Hillsborough, NJ, this sweetie, cutie-patootie is always down for anything and is the epitome of "work hard, play hard." She's a quadruple threat, with her majors in Psychology & Statistics, along with her minors in Data Science and FCAM. But wait, there's more! She's also the secretary of the Rice Owls Dance Team, a TA for DSCI, and an absolute beast at time management. She will ALWAYS be there for you, regardless of the time or circumstance, and is the absolute kindest friend you could have. If you ever walk into her room at 9 pm, you'll be sure to find a unicorn (oh wait, it's just Angie with her heatless curls) and satisfying her sweet tooth with a bar of chocolate. She'll also be your go-to anytime you need an outfit for a night out, a fancy dinner, or anything in between. Lastly, if the UV is high, you can always expect to find this cat-loving fashionista at the pool tanning.
Oh, and by the way, you've truly struck gold with Angie as your O-Week mom.

Collin Dwyer
Physics, Philosophy 2026
Chicago, IL
Like the Phoenix, one man consistently rises from the ashes after a difficult week of classes to have a good time. This hero is none other than Collin Dwyer, the life of the party. A scholar of both physics and philosophy, Collin is also among the wisest of Will Ricers and can often be found playing mind (board) games with his friends in Will Rice commons or running the Model UN club. Collin's skill set extends well beyond yapping though, you may catch him checking scrubs on the club Lacrosse team or racking up wins in Spikeball with absolutely no mercy (he's the goat). One of Collin's most notable traits is his gift of lyricism. Known as "The Eminem of Rice," Collin is famous for his Will Rice freestyles and ukelele flow. As a man of many passions, Collin embodies Will Rice culture at its finest, and is excited to share that culture with all of our new students!

Brandon Braccia
Finance, Sport Management 2026
Garden City, NY
Brandon is the kind of guy who's always down for a good time, whether that means going to see live music or writing up the greatest LinkedIn post of all time. He's from Long Island, New York, and is double majoring in Sport Management and Finance. He's a fan of all New York sports, good or bad: the Knicks, Yankees, Jets, and Rangers. Since moving to Texas, he's developed a love for country music (especially Zach Bryan), but don't you fret, he's still always ready to rage to Travis Scott. Brandon is constantly juggling a heavy course load (he's usually at like 21 credit hours), but when he's not in class, you'll probably find him watching whatever game's on or picking up a box combo from Cane's. He's always up for an adventure, whether it's a last-minute trip to Austin or eating anywhere besides the servery. Brandon is very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and always ready to help a friend, so any kid will be lucky to have Brandon as their O-Week dad.
